How cool is this? Google are celebrating their 10th year, can it really be that long? As part of the celebrations they have dug out their oldest index going back to 2001 here is

I did a couple of quick searches to see how things have changed…
Internet marketing had 7,750,000 in 2001 and today it is 82,100,000! wow that’s some increase!
Blog had 76,400 and today a whopping 3,630,000,000 pages! My word now that is huge! I guess a lot of those are individual blog posts.
On the main search screen there are 1,326,920,000 search pages in 2001. I wonder how many there are today it doesn’t say anymore, even if it did I probably wouldn’t understand what the number said!
